Terms & Conditions – 16ph Online Casino Philippines

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the 16ph platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cashable credit granted by 16ph as part of a promotion, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins value.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds and confirmed winnings available for withdrawal after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to your 16ph account are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made exclusively from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Transfer, BDO Transfer, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount at 16ph is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.
• 16ph does not charge fees for standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., bank transfer fees) are your responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real money balances from 16ph are subject to the following terms:

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions offered by 16ph are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering at 16ph is limited to slot games. Live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates or be fully excluded.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated in the specific promotion terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, 16ph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount. Bets that have been fully resolved before a technical issue occurs are considered final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your account;
• Any conduct intended to defraud 16ph, its game providers, or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 16ph platform — including but not limited to the 16ph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 16ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 16ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of 16ph content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 16ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or server downtime outside 16ph's reasonable control;

Nothing in these Terms limits 16ph's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited under Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 16ph, the following process applies:

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

16. Amendments

16ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the 16ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
